  • Lifetime Limited Warranty: Covers major components such as the glass and combustion chamber.
  • 5-Year Limited Warranty: Covers parts and labor for all other components including electrical parts, valves, and burners.
  • 2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the accessories and remote controls.

Electric Fireplaces

  • 2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers all components and parts under normal use.

Wood Fireplaces

  • Lifetime Limited Warranty: Covers the firebox and heat exchanger.
