The Outdoor Plus offers comprehensive warranties for their fire and water features to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. Below are the specific warranty details for different products offered by The Outdoor Plus:

Burners

  • Lifetime Warranty: Covers all stainless steel and brass burner tubes/rings against manufacturing defects.

Electronics, Gas Valves, & Pilot Assembly

  • 1-Year Warranty: Covers defects in electronics, gas valves, and pilot assembly parts.

Stainless Steel Pan & Valve Box

  • Residential Use: 3-Year Warranty
  • Commercial Use: 1-Year Warranty

Ignition Systems

  • 1-Year Warranty: Applies to all components of the ignition systems.

Filing a Claim

To file a warranty claim, customers must contact The Outdoor Plus customer service. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, specifying the nature of the defect.
