General Warranty Information

Bromic offers comprehensive warranties for their various heating products, ensuring customer satisfaction and product reliability. Below are the specific warranty details for different Bromic products:

Platinum Series

  • Platinum Electric: 1-year parts warranty.
  • Platinum Electric Marine: 5-year parts warranty (valid for land-based applications only, does not cover installations on marine vessels).
  • Platinum Gas: 1-year parts warranty.

Tungsten Series

  • Tungsten Series: 1-year parts warranty, with a 7-year warranty on elements.
  • Tungsten Portable: 1-year parts warranty.

Eclipse Series

  • Eclipse Series: 1-year parts warranty.

Controllers

  • Controllers: 1-year parts warranty.

Service and Labor Responsibility

Under this limited warranty, Bromic will provide a replacement heater or part. However, the owner is responsible for all other costs, which may include:

  1. Labor charges for service, removal, or reinstallation.
  2. Shipping and delivery charges for the new heater or replacement part.
  3. Any materials and/or permits required for installation.

Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, contact the dealer/retailer who sold the heater or any other dealer handling Bromic products. Ensure you provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
