Gas Fireplaces and Inserts

  • 20-Year Warranty: Coverage for the firebox and heat exchanger.
  • 10-Year Warranty: Coverage for the burner.
  • 5-Year Warranty: Coverage for other parts and accessories.

Wood Fireplaces

  • 5-Year Warranty: Coverage for the firebox.
  • 2-Year Warranty: Coverage for all other components including the door.

Outdoor Fireplaces

  • 1-Year Warranty: Coverage for all components and parts.
