General Warranty Information

Real Fyre offers extensive warranties on their gas log sets and related components, ensuring high quality and durability. Below are the specific warranty details for different Real Fyre products:

Vented Gas Log Sets

• Lifetime Warranty: All Peterson vented ceramic refractory gas logs are warranted for as long as you own them.
• 10-Year Warranty: Vented burners.
• 3-Year Warranty: SPK-26 controls (all parts).
• 2-Year Warranty: APK-17 valve.
• 1-Year Warranty: All other Peterson valves, pilots, and controls (excluding batteries).

Vent-Free Gas Log Sets

• Lifetime Warranty: All Real Fyre vent-free ceramic refractory gas logs.
• 10-Year Warranty: Vent-free burners.
• 5-Year Warranty: Glass, gems, and fiber-ceramic blend logs.
• 1-Year Warranty: All valves, pilots, and controls (excluding batteries).

Direct Vent Systems

• Lifetime Warranty: Insert body and firebox.
• 10-Year Warranty: Burner assemblies.
• 5-Year Warranty: Ceramic glass panel (thermal breakage only) and gas logs.
• 1-Year Warranty: Electronics and gas controls.

Exclusions

The warranties do not cover damages due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters. Surface rust, oxidation, fading, and cosmetic blemishes are also excluded unless they cause the failure of the component.
