General Warranty Information

Fire Magic offers one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry, ensuring that your investment in their premium gas grills is protected for a lifetime. Here are the specific warranty details for different Fire Magic products:

Lifetime Warranty

• Coverage: Cast stainless steel burners, stainless steel cooking grids, and stainless steel housing.
• Details: These components are covered for as long as you own the grill.

15-Year Warranty

• Coverage: Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain (including ovens and barbecue faces), and backburner assemblies (excluding ignition systems).
• Details: These parts are covered for 15 years.

10-Year Warranty

• Coverage: Electric grills' stainless steel cooking grids and housing, gourmet griddles, and pizza ovens (excluding ignition and electronic parts).
• Details: These parts are covered for 10 years.

5-Year Warranty

• Coverage: Flavor grids, infrared burners, and charcoal stainless steel grills (excluding the charcoal pan, charcoal grid, thermometer, and ash tray which are covered for 1 year).
• Details: These parts are covered for 5 years.

3-Year Warranty

• Coverage: Side burners and all other components of Fire Magic grills, gourmet griddles, and pizza ovens (excluding ignition systems and electrical parts).
• Details: These parts are covered for 3 years.

1-Year Warranty

• Coverage: Ignition systems (excluding batteries), electronic components (including lights and thermometer), and accessories for grills, gourmet griddles, and pizza ovens.
• Details: These parts are covered for 1 year.

Additional Benefits

• Fire Magic pays for the first 2 years of labor allowance.
• Shipping for warranted replacement parts and defective parts back to the factory is covered.
• Qualified technical service representatives are available 10 hours a day, 5 days a week.
