Rotisserie Grills

• Coverage Period: Brazilian Flame rotisserie grills come with a 1-year limited warranty.
• What’s Covered: This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for all components including the drip tray, upper tray, baskets, and skewers.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover rust, oxidation, fading, discoloration, scratches, dents, chips, and other cosmetic damages unless they affect the structural integrity of the grill. It also excludes damage caused by misuse, improper care, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
• Extended Warranty: An optional extended warranty is available, which adds an additional year of coverage.

Handmade Knives

• Coverage Period: Brazilian Flame handmade knives are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
