General Warranty Information

Summerset Grills offers a comprehensive warranty on their products, providing peace of mind for their customers. Below are the specific warranty details for various Summerset products:

Grills, Side/Power Burners, and Oven

• Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty: Covers construction and manufacturer defects, stainless steel construction, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges, and hood springs. This also includes the briquette systems.
• 3-Year Warranty: Applies to all other parts, components, and electrical parts such as LED bulbs, wire harnesses, switches, power source wire, transformer, and interior halogen light wire and bulb.

Vent Hoods

• 5-Year Warranty: Covers all stainless steel construction.
• 3-Year Warranty: Applies to blowers, LED lighting, wiring harness, and switches.

Refrigeration

• 15" & 24" Models: 3-year warranty on all construction including compressors, and 1-year warranty on transformer, LED bulbs, LED harness, power source wire, LED switches, interior halogen light wire/bulbs.
• 21" Models: 1-year warranty on all construction and electrical components including compressor, transformer, LED bulbs, LED harness, power source wire, LED switches, and interior halogen light wire/bulbs.

Cold Storage & Sinks

• Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty: Covers ice chests, drains, and faucets.

Drawers, Doors, Grill Liners, and Carts

• Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty: Applies to construction, workmanship, and materials for all stainless steel parts including doors, drawers, grill liners, and carts.
• 3-Year Warranty: Covers electrical components in warming drawers.

Grill Covers

• Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty: Includes covers for grills, carts, side/power burners, and ovens.

Madera Products

• Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty: Covers construction, workmanship, and materials for all stainless steel parts, hinges, drawer slides, gasket, and magnets.

Commercial Applications

• Resort, Alturi & TRL Grills: Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty on workmanship, construction, and manufacturer defects for all commercial and/or hospitality applications. The warranty is void upon misuse, including lack of regular cleaning, vandalism, or theft. Regular maintenance is mandatory due to the nature of commercial applications.
