General Warranty Information

Duravent provides a limited lifetime warranty for most of its products, with specific terms for different product lines. Here are the key details:

Coverage:

• Limited Lifetime Warranty: Covers most Duravent products, ensuring they are free from defects in material and manufacturing when properly installed and maintained.
• 15-Year Warranty: 100% MSRP coverage for 15 years from the date of purchase, and 50% coverage thereafter.
• Exceptions: Ventinox has a lifetime warranty, while PolyPro has a 10-year warranty. Termination Caps and DuraBlack have a 5-year warranty.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear, smoke damage, chimney fires, acts of God, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or not installed by a qualified professional.
