General Warranty Information

Broilmaster offers extensive warranties for their various grill models, covering defects in materials and workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and product durability. Below are the specific warranty details for different Broilmaster products:

Premium Gas Grills

• Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: This covers the aluminum grill housing (except paint), stainless steel cooking grids, stainless steel griddles, and several stainless steel built-in components including built-in kits for 3-series grill heads, door kits, tilt-out LP tank doors, vent register kits, carts, mounting, bow tie burners, side burners, and warming racks.
• 10-Year Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: This includes stainless steel burners for H-Series, Q-Series, and R3B models, stainless steel drip pans for Q-Series, side burners (DPASBC), and side burner housings (BSA).
• 5-Year Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: Coverage for infrared burners on R3 or R3B models, Flare Buster™ ceramic flavor enhancers, stainless steel smoker shutters, and painted electro-galvanized steel components.
• 2-Year Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: This covers porcelain-coated steel briquette racks, chrome-plated warming racks, stainless steel flavor screens, and stainless steel heat shields.
• 1-Year Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: This covers valves, knobs, ignitors, fittings, hoses, grease cups, drip buckets, all other parts and accessories (unless otherwise specified), and paint on the aluminum grill head.

Premium Charcoal Grills

• Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: Covers aluminum grill housing (except paint), stainless steel rod cooking grids, stainless steel griddles, and select stainless steel components such as carts and mounting.
• 5-Year Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: Covers stainless steel charcoal grates.
• 1-Year Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: Covers paint on the aluminum grill head and all other components not specifically mentioned above.

Stainless Grills

• Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: Includes stainless steel grill housings, cooking grids, carts, cast stainless steel bow tie burners, drip trays, side burners, warming racks, built-in sleeves, access doors and drawers, vent register kits, and side burner housings.
• 5-Year Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: Covers flare control vaporizers, heat zone dividers, and infrared burners.
• 1-Year Parts Warranty Against Rust-Through: Includes valves, knobs, ignitors, labels, hoses, fittings, and all other parts and accessories unless otherwise specified.
